Regeneration and environmental friendliness
Our project involves the regeneration of a brownfield site transforming it into a sustainability hub. The scheme has received an impressive EPC A rating and BREEAM Very Good certification.
Carbon reduced construction
Embodied carbon is being actively reduced throughout the construction process by reusing and recycling steel and concrete structures already on site, to minimise waste and maximise efficiency.
Supporting the local economy
Over 95% of the project budget will be invested in the supply chain within a 45 mile radius of the site, creating opportunities for local businesses and fostering economic growth in the area.
Training and employment opportunities
The development not only brings investment but also valuable training and employment opportunities to the regenerated area. We’re committed to employing local talent and the site has the capacity to create over 400 new jobs once the project is complete.
